Key pressed during a keyscan cycle period. (i.e. the key is pressed on the KS2 row)
The key data are updated when
the interrupt asserted if required

When after the all key data has been read:
1. Clears the key data RAM.
2. The INT flag bit is set to"0”
3.The INT pin goes to low when "act” bit is set to “1”.
4.The INT pin goes to high when "act” bit is ise to “0”.
