13. Button II+IV – Timer Start On/Off – By activating this feature, you turn on the time start or hot/cold starting. This must be set after you close the vehicle door. If
you remote start or start the vehicle with the key then it cancels this mode. Consult your installer.
Timer Start – Your installer can give you 3 choices – 3 hr, 1.5 hr or Reservation. Example. If your installer sets up 3 hours and you turn on this option with II+IV,
your car will start every 3 hours for 4 minutes until cancelled. If your installer sets up Reservation, you have to set up a specific start time (see ), then turn on
this option.
Cold Start – If you installer installs a temperature sensor and have Cold Start Option on and temperature set (for example, 32°), your timer start will activate only
when the temperature of vehicle goes below 32°. Further, you can have another option – 24 hr Repeat. With this feature, you have your car starter every day
certain time if the temperature of the inside of your car goes below a certain temperature (32, 23, or 13º).
14. Button II+IV (2.5 Seconds) – Parking Timer On/Off – Holding buttons II and IV will activate the Parking Timer. This is used to keep track of elapsed time. With
this timer you can keep track of how much time is left on your parking meter. The parking timer will alternate between current time and the parking timer. It will
show hours, minutes, and 10

s of a minute.
15. Button III+IV – Turbo Mode On/Off – By tapping buttons III+IV simultaneously you activate Turbo Mode. By activating this function you can run your vehicle for
1, 2 or 4 minutes after you set your emergency brake. You must manually arm your CompuStar once you shut your door. This feature and run time must also be
programmed by your CompuStar dealer.
