5.4 How to Cut the Connection between the USB
Device and the Client
Close the connection to the USB device when the device is no longer
needed. This allows other network participants to access the USB
device.
Usually the connection is cut by the user via the SEH UTN Manager.
The administrator can also cut the connection via the myUTN
Control Center. In addition, the connection for some automatisms
can be automatically disconnected (Ö67).

Requirements
; The SEH UTN Manager (complete version) is installed on the
client; see: Ö20.
Proceed as follows:
1. Start the SEH UTN Manager.
2. Mark the relevant USB device in the selection list.
3. Select Device – Deactivate from the menu bar.
ª The connection will be deactivated.

Proceed as follows:
1. Start the myUTN Control Center.
2. Select START.
3. Choose the active connection from the Attached devices list
and click the icon.
4. Confirm the security query.
