Defining Search Parameters
Requirements
 The SEH UTN Manager (complete version) is installed on the
client; see: 21.
Proceed as follows:
1. Start the SEH UTN Manager.
2. Select SEH UTN Manager – Preferences from the menu bar.
The Options dialog appears.
3. Select the Network Scan tab.
4. Tick IP Range Search and define one or more network ranges.
5. Click OK.
 The settings are saved.
Scanning the Network
Requirements
 The SEH UTN Manager (complete version) is installed on the
client; see: 21.
Proceed as follows:
1. Start the SEH UTN Manager.
2. Select Selection List – Edit from the menu bar.
The Edit Selection List dialog appears.
3. Click Scan.
 The network is scanned. The UTN servers and USB devices found
are displayed in the network list.
