Limited One (1) Year Warranty
SEI - Southern Enterprises oers a Limited One (1) Year Warranty. This warranty applies to only
those items purchased in original factory-sealed cartons. This warranty is intended to cover
defects in manufacturing and does not apply to any defects caused by normal wear and tear,
negligence, misuse, accidental damage, or improper assembly. Glass and mirrors are excluded
from this warranty. It is only valid for the original purchaser. Documentation of purchase date,
purchase price and place of purchase must be veried to validate the warranty.
Initially, there is no need to send us the product or part believed defective. After verication
of claim, SEI will repair or replace any defective product or missing part. If the defective item
must be returned in whole or in part, we will send written authorization and a pre-addressed
shipping label for the return of any defective product or part. No returns will be accepted
without prior authorization. This guarantee applies under conditions of reasonable use, and
does not extend to cosmetic damage caused by acts of God, accidents, misuse, abuse or
neglect. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the maximum extent
permitted by law.
