4. Judging from the printed pattern in each print mode, select the grade number of a best aligned

pattern between +3 and -3.by pressing the Left and Right arrow keys.

5. Press the ENTER key to set the printing condition. Printing for the next mode automatically

starts.

6 Repeat the steps 4 and 5 for modes 1 through 4.

7 After all adjustment is completed, the LCD displays "PRESS RESET SW". By pressing the

RESET key, the printer exits from this vertical alignment mode.

Description of Patterns

The printer has 13 preprogrammed patterns in each mode from which only seven

patterns are printed. The pattern "****..." indicates out-of-range. Consult your

dealer if you cannot find correct pattern.
