SCA disclaims liability for consequential damages for breach of any express or implied
warranty including any implied warranty or merchantability with respect to this watch.
The duration of any implied warranty, including without limitation, any implied warranty
of merchantability, on this watch, shall be limited to three years from the date of original
retail purchase.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitations of how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
