APPENDIX 1: SHIPPING RETURN PROCEDURE
Cleaning of the Silaris Dock must be completed prior to the return to Sekisui Diagnostics. Cleaning must be completed according the
instructions provided. Please complete the information below and attach the completed record to the dock prior to return.
Please complete the cleaning procedure following the instructions below:

. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and Dock.
9. Close the Dock lid.
10. Using a cleaning solution (10% bleach or 70% ethanol), or a germicidal disposable wipe (such as CaviWipes™), gently wipe the

uter surfaces of the Dock, removing any debris. Do not press the wipe against the open vents of the back or sides of the Dock.
11. Using a new cloth, wipe the front of the Dock twice top to bottom, then twice left to right. Follow this procedure for the back, top
and bottom of the Dock.
12. Do not let liquid accumulate near any opening. Make sure no liquid enters the dock.
13. Leave the Dock “wet” for at least 3 minutes.
14. With a fresh dry cloth (such as a Kimwipe™) remove any residual moisture.
