7. Use of the correction indicator function
1. Set the measurement mode (incident light, reflected light) for the desired correction. It is possible
to set the amount of correction independently for both incident and reflected light.
It is not possible to switch between measurement modes (incident light, reflected light) if the
setting is not completed.
2. Select setting number 2 and item 0 in the custom setting mode with DIP switch set to on. If you
experience difficulties in displaying the calibration value, set the item number to 1 and select
calibration non-display.
3. With the power turned off, CAL (calibration) will be displayed in the shutter speed display and
0.0 in the aperture display when the power button is pressed while pressing ISO1 button !1 and
ISO2 button y. The value of corrections set in advance will also be displayed.
4. The setting can be changed by pressing the power
button !2 and turning the Set/change dial t while
pressing ISO1 button and ISO2 button.
As in the case of the correction value, a single plus (+)
or minus (-) sign will be displayed if the calibration value
is any value other than 0.
NOTE:
When making corrections, be sure that they satisfy your needs based on the results of
adequate test filming.
While incident and reflected light can be set independently, be aware that fixed light and
flash light are corrected uniformly regardless of the measurement.
Reference:
When corrected, a plus (+) or minus (-) sign is displayed continuously in the LCD display.
