Foss Manufacturing Company, LLC extends a three-year limited warranty to the
original purchaser or user of Peel & Stick Carpet Tiles. Your Carpet Tile floor is
warrantied from manufacturer’s defects for three years for indoor and outdoor
installations from the date of purchase. Foss will replace the affected tile with a
new tile or equivalent quality at no cost to the original purchaser or user, subject
to the following conditions:
To obtain benefits from this limited warranty, any claims must be sent in writing,
along with defective carpet tile(s), to: Foss Manufacturing Company, LLC, 11
Merrill Industrial Drive, Hampton, NH 03843-5000. Foss with respond promptly
to any notification of a warranty claim, but reserves the right to inspect and test
the carpet tile prior to replacement.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Floors installed incorrectly or under improper conditions
• Floors damaged by improper care and use, including but not limited to:
burns, cuts, tears, indentations, and appliance damage
• Moisture, alkaline, or hydrostatic pressure damage from subfloor
• Identifiable surface stains
• Difference in the color between samples or photographs and the actual
carpet tiles
• Any application other than indoor or outdoor residential use
• Each tile is 18 in. x 18 in.; a slight off-register can occur due to the nature
of cutting patterned tiles. Laying tiles at 90-degree angles (rotating ¼ turn)
will virtually eliminate this occurrence.
Foss makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The sole remedy provided by this warranty or any implied warranty is
replacement remedies for incidental or consequential damages are expressly
excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights
which may vary from state to state.
Peel & Stick Carpet Tiles
This pressure-sensitive backing system is designed to adhere to the surface upon
pressing carpet tiles into place.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Store tiles in the room you plan to install for 24 hours at a
minimum of 50-degrees during and for 48 hours after installation.
