Self elctronics stands for top quality in the area of power supply and therefore, depending on
the product series, offers: 1,2, 3, 4, 5, -year manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer warranty conditions
Guarantor: Self Electronics Germany GmbH, August-Horch-Straße 7, 51149 Köln

1) New devices and their components from the above mentioned product ranges, which
show a defect due to manufacturing and/or material defects within the warranty period
(calculated from date of purchase receipt), will be replaced or repaired by Self electronics at
its own discretion and free of charge with a state-of-the-art device.
When making a claim under the warranty, please return the item you are complaining about
together with a precise description of the fault and the invoice to the Conrad subsidary from
whom you purchased the product.
- For customers in Germany and countries not further specified:
Conrad Electronic SE, Service Center, Klaus-Conrad-Strasse 1, D-92240 Hirschau
- For customers in Austria:
Conrad Electronic GmbH & Co KG, Durisolstrasse 2, 4600 Wels
- For customers in Switzerland:
Conrad Electronic AG, Roosstrasse 53, 8832 Wollerau
The procedure for sending in the product can be found in the service area of the Conrad
Electronic internet store.
Irrespective of this, the customer's statutory warranty claims remain valid.
2) This warranty does not apply if the defect is due to improper handling, incorrect
installation of the device and/or non-observance of the operating instructions / manual.
3) Loss of data and consequential damage cannot be claimed under this warranty.
4) If a repair or exchange is not possible for economic or other reasons, the customer will be
reimbursed the purchase price. The decision about the existence of economic or other
reasons that make a repair or exchange impossible is solely at the discretion of Conrad
Electronic. By refunding the purchase price Conrad Electronic has fulfilled its contractual
obligation.
