When you launch the e-mail program for the first time, the BrailleSense says,
"You must create at least 1 mail account from the accounts manager in the Tools
menu". Then, the "Inbox" is opened.
The "Inbox" is the main window of the E-mail program. When you run the e-mail
program for the first time, this "Inbox" is empty and the BrailleSense displays "no
items".
If there are e-mail messages in the "Inbox", "Opening inbox." is announced; and
"xx% processed" is displayed on the Braille display. Once progress has reached
100%, the "Inbox" is opened and displays the received e-mail in the message
list.
Press "Shift-Tab (Space-1-2)", and you are placed in the mailbox list. By default,
the BrailleSense contains the following mailboxes:
1) Inbox: received mail that has not been deleted or saved to a different folder.
2) Sent: sent messages you have chosen to store
3) Outbox: messages waiting to be sent, either when you save mail in "Outbox"
or sending mail fails.
7.2 Setting Up an Account
To access the "Accounts Manager", Open the menu with "F2", navigate to
"Tools" and press "Enter". "Accounts Manager" is the first item in the "Tools"
menu, thus, you can just press "Enter" again to open it. You can also launch the
"Accounts Manager" from anywhere in e-mail by pressing "Enter-M".
"Account name: no items" is displayed.
The "Accounts manager" dialog contains the following 6 items: "Accounts" list,
"Information" button, "Add" button, "Modify" button, "Delete" button and "Close"
button.
