Device pairing
1. Before you begin, please insert two AA batteries as labeled on the remote control.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth from iPad/Smart Phone.
3. Turn on the MediaCell Remote power switch and press and hold the pairing button.
(Please make sure the Blue LED is flashing)
4. The device”MediaCell Remote” displays on iPad/Smart Phone. Then, choose
“Connect”.
5. Start using the MediaCell Remote.
Note: 1. Please press any key to re-establish the connection between MediaCell
Remote and iPad/Smart Phone after turning the Power Switch On.
2. There is a power switch at the right side of the MediaCell Remote. When not in
use, please turn to OFF to save battery power.
Troubleshooting
If unable to connect the MediaCell Remote and smart phone/tablet, or the remote is
unresponsive, please try the steps below:
1. MediaCell Remote may be in Standby Mode, just click any button of the remote to
reactive it.
2. Make sure that the keyboard is within the effective range-32ft.
3. Make sure that there's no change of the Bluetooth facility. If anything changed, pair
the device again.
4. If your Bluetooth facility is connected to other Bluetooth products, confirm that the
speed of the Bluetooth facility is enough.
5. Check the batteries. Make sure the batteries are installed correctly. Check to make
sure the batteries installed are not dead. The battery LED should turn blue when turned
on, and will turn blinking red when the batteries are getting low.
