Step 4
If you are replacing the
battery, insert your cutting
tool into each locking
mechanism on the backplate.
Squeeze your cutting tool
to disengage the locking
mechanisms. Remove and
discard the backplate.
Step 5
Using a standard
screwdriver, turn the battery
hatch counter-clockwise to
the unlocked position, and
remove the battery hatch.
Step 6
Remove the battery from
the battery well.
To install a new battery,
follow steps 1 and 2 under
“To assemble the tracking
unit” on page 5.
