Sound can be transmitted from the receiver to the hearing aid via headphones, induction plates or an induction loop. Areas of application The EKI 830 receiver can be used together with infra-red transmission systems which operate on a carrier frequency of 2.3 or 2.8 MHz (example: Sennheiser SZI/SI 1015).
