This equipment is in compliance with the essential requirements and other

relevant provisions of Directives 94/9/EC, 2004/108/EC, and 2006/95/EC.

The IAS MO 2000 Set microphone system complies with the requirements on

intrinsically safe optical radiation equipment according to EN 60079-0: 2004

and EN 60079-28:2007. The devices are accompanied by the type-examina-

tion certificates TÜV 07 ATEX 553824 and TÜV 07 ATEX 553825X.

Statements regarding FCC and industry Canada

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-210 of

Industry Canada. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this

device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept

any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired
