KEY FEATURES TECHNICAL DATA
Optical Microphone Systems
MO 2000 Set and IAS MO 2000 Set
The Optical Microphone system, designed for special applications such as acoustic monitoring in industrial settings,
medical procedures, and technological measurement, is available in two variants:
MO 2000 Set – Includes the optical microphone with the MO 2000 H optical cable, the MO 2000 CU central unit,
power supply and carry case.
IAS MO 2000 Set – In addition to the above components, this system also includes the MZWW 2000 Set weather
protection accessory kit, making it ideal for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and outdoor applications.
The Sennheiser MO 2000 microphone head, which has an external diameter of 0.5 inches, is made of a plastic material
that is suitable for use in areas with aggressive substances (such as gases, salts, humidity) and radiation. All
components of the microphone head, including the optical waveguides, are free of metal; no electric current flows.
