Application
Sentinel X800 is a powerful, highly active cleaning agent for use in hydronic heating systems. During conventional
circulation cleaning it will remove iron oxide and calcium based deposits from heat exchangers, radiators and pipe work in
as little as one hour; even in cold systems. Its unique composition allows Sentinel X800 to act as a penetrating dispersant
under neutral pH conditions, eliminating the need to clean with conventional acids and the problems associated with
them. The formulation also contains agents to help protect metal from corrosion. Sentinel X800 is suitable for use with all
commonly encountered metals and alloys including aluminium.
Dosing
One can of Sentinel X800 Rapid-Dose
™
is sucient to clean a typical domestic system of 25 gallons. Larger systems
should be dosed with two cans. The product should be applied via the boiler drain valve using the dedicated dosing
connector provided. The system should be less than 33 p.s.i when the product is applied. Never attempt to dose into a
hot system. Sentinel X800 should be circulated with all valves open for 1 hour. For fastest cleaning, circulate at normal
operating temperature. After cleaning, the system should be drained and then ushed through ALL drain points. Rell and
treat with Sentinel X100 or X500. Sentinel X800 is suitable for use with all metals and alloys including aluminium and can
be left in the system for upto 24 hours.

Health hazards Not for use in potable water systems.
Causes skin irritation.
Causes serious eye irritation.
May cause respiratory irritation.
Handling Normal chemical handling.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Storage Store in cool, well ventilated area. Pressurised container.
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 122ºF.
Do not pierce or burn, even after use. No smoking.
Spillage Absorb on to inert material and dispose of according to Special Waste Regulations.
First aid Skin Exposure: Remove all contaminated clothing.
Wash exposed area immediately with water.
Eye Exposure: Flush immediately with plenty of running water for 15 minutes.
Seek medical advice.
Ingestion: Do not feed anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsive victim.
Do NOT induce vomiting! If victim is fully conscious dilute contents of
stomach using 3-4 glasses of water. Seek medical advice.
