It will not save a duplicate telephone number or a name without the corresponding telephone number in
the Phonebook.
A. PREFERRED CALLS(VIP)
You an assign PREFERRED CALL which will generate a special ringer sound at start of the second ring
to any welcome caller in the Phonebook.
1. Press the SAVE/PHONE BOOK button.
2. Press the UP
or DN button to find the one you need.
3. Press the MENU/SCAN button once. The LCD Display will show “VIP”.
4. Press the SAVE/PHONE BOOK button to save the preferred call and go back to STANDBY mode.
B. BLOCKED CALLS
You can assign a BLOCKED CALL which will disable the ringer sound from the second ring to any
caller in the Phonebook.
1. Press the SAVE/PHONE BOOK button.
2. Press the UP
or DN button to find the one you need.
3. Press the MENU/SCAN button twice. The LCD Display will show “REJ”.
4. Press the SAVE/PHONE BOOK button to save the preferred call and go back to STANDBY mode.
TELEPHONE KEYPAD CHARACTERS
The TELEPHONE KEYPAD buttons(0-9) are used to enter the characters when entering names. Press the
appropriate KEYPAD button to get the following characters.
