CHARGING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY DYNAMO POWER Note: Crank the dynamo clockwise at a moderate speed for about 3 minute. This will provide a 1/5 charge. You can also power an external device such as a cell phone (subject to device compatibility), (Not Included), Connect the device to the dynamo out jack and crank the dynamo. AC ADAPTOR (NOT INCLUDED) AC OUTLET Note: Keep the AC Adaptor (Not Included) connected for about 12 hours to fully charge.
AUXILIARY BATTERIES (NOT INCLUDED) 3 X "AA" Battries for Back-up Replace the 3 "AA" batteries with new ones when the low battery indicator illuminates or sound become unstable or cannot be heard or the clock display no longer functions.

SETTING THE ALARM TIME 1 2 3 Note: Press the Alarm button once - the buzz sound will stop for today and turn on the same time tomorrow. Press the Alarm button twice - the Alarm indicator will disappear and the alarm will not be heard tomorrow.

REPLACING FLASH LIGHT BULB Unscrew the front cover. Remove the bulb by turning counter clockwise. Replace the light bulb with 3.6V/0.3A.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE GENERAL Use a soft, clean cloth moistened with plain, luke-warm water to clean the exterior of the unit. Never use solvents such as benzene or other strong chemical cleaners since these could damage the unit's finish. It is important that no liquid reaches the inside of the unit. POWER DURATION GENERAL RADIO FLASHLIGHT BLINK/SIREN 10 days with new alkaline batteries/ 8 hours with fully charged built-in NiCad battery.
