3 385 0 – 100 Master Fine Tune; 0 = -50 cents, 50 = 0 (centered),
100 = + 50 cents
4 386 0 – 16 MIDI Channel; if = 0, data received on all MIDI
channels. Otherwise = channel number 1 – 16.
