5. Ensure your TCP/IP settings are correct.

Using DHCP

To use DHCP, select the radio button Obtain an IP Address automatically. This is the default

Windows settings.

Using a Fixed or Static IP Address

To use a fixed or static IP address

• Select "Specify an IP address".

• Enter the desired IP Address and Subnet Mask.

• Click "OK"

Each device on your network must have a unique IP address and the same Subnet Mask.

To perform initial configuration of the HomePlug 802.11g Access Point, you can use the follow-

ing values on your PC:

• IP Address: 192.168.0.100

• Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
