• In Manual mode, the Speed + and Speed - Indicators light and the speed can be set from level 1-12. Time and speed

are displayed as segments in the centre of the control panel.

Note: Time and speed cannot be set manually In Auto mode. The default time is10 minutes (1 minute per segment)

The preset speed depends on the program (see Auto Program Table).

• When the vibratory plate is running, the time and speed indicators light up for 7 seconds followed by a 53 second

animation corresponding to the vibration mode set.

• You can stop the vibration plate at any time by pressing the Start/Pause button. While the unit is paused, only the

Power and Start/Pause buttons are active. All other buttons do not respond.

• The machine turns oﬀ when the time has elapsed or when you press the Power button during training.
