The warrantor, herein after referring to Viance LLC., extends this Limited Warranty to “Original Consumer Purchasers” of Ecolife™ preservative plus stabilized treated wood products (hereinafter referred to as “Ecolife”). Original Consumer Purchasers are defined herein to mean the first owners of record of a residential property using it for residential purposes immediately following installation of the warranted wood.
