been correctly tted and safely locked.
Turn off the appliance after use (switch
position ‘0’) and wait until the motor has
come to a complete standstill before
changing or removing any attachments.
Chopping/mincing and puréeing
Fit the drive shaft to the drive unit.
Attach the bowl with the handle to the
right and turn it clockwise to lock until
the lock symbol and triangular mark are
aligned.
Fit the drive shaft extension to the drive
shaft.
Remove the protective cover and t the
chopping/mincing blade to the drive shaft
extension in such a way that the blade
almost touches the bottom of the bowl.
Caution: Hold the blade only by its plastic
shaft - the blades are extremely sharp.
Put the ingredients (max. 700 g) into the
bowl.
Put the lid on the bowl and turn it
clockwise until it locks into place.
For safety reasons, use the appropriate
pestle at all times when feeding the
ingredients down the food chute. During
operation, the pestle should remain
inserted.
Operation settings
We recommend using the switch setting P.
The right degree of chopping/mincing (from
coarse to ne) for meat, onions, dried fruit,
celery, sh etc. is normally achieved after
15-30 seconds.
Puréeing
The bowl can be lled with a maximum of
1 litre of cold liquid (e.g. soup). Ensure,
however, that the temperature is not above
80 °C.
Always start processing at speed level I;
increase to level II if necessary.
Kneading
Fit the drive shaft to the drive unit.
Attach the bowl with the handle to the
right and turn it clockwise to lock until
the lock symbol and triangular mark are
aligned.
Fit the drive shaft extension to the drive
shaft.
Fit the kneading insert to the drive shaft
extension so that the insert almost
touches the bottom of the bowl.
Put the lid on the bowl and turn it
clockwise until it locks into place.
For safety reasons, use the appropriate
pestle at all times when feeding the
ingredients down the food chute. During
operation, the pestle should remain
inserted.
Note:
Put the ingredients into the bowl. For
700 g of dough, about 400 g of our and
290 ml of water are needed.
When making dough, the appliance
should not run for more than 60 seconds
at a time, after which it should be allowed
to cool down for 1 minute. A maximum of
5 such cycles should not be exceeded,
after which the appliance must be allowed
to cool down completely.
Operation settings

The dough is ready once it has formed
into a ball.
