UltraHD Rolling Cabinet (Model No. 20238F) (pg 5 of 10) #1 Step 1. Open the package, remove and place all parts to the side. Then open the package of the Stainless Steel Top (#1). Note: The Stainless Steel Top is packed within an inner cardboard box. Assemble the unit on top of this cardboard box to minimize damage to the stainless steel surface. Front Back Step 2.
UltraHD Rolling Cabinet (Model No. 20238F) (pg 6 of 10) Step 5. Install the Upper Back Panel (#2) Attach the Upper Back Panel (#2) between the Left Panel (#4) and Right Panel (#5). Make sure the “Top” of the Upper Back Panel (#2) is on the Stainless Steel Top (#1) as the sticker indicates. Line up the screw holes and use 9pcs Screw A (#14) to tighten up the Upper Back Panel to the Stainless Steel Top (#1), Left Panel (#4) and Right Panel (#5). #2 #14 Step 6.

Install Drawer Base Panel and Drawer Front (#12-4 and #12-1 ). #12-4 Fit and attach Drawer Base Panel (#12-4) into the back slot of stainless steel Drawer Front (#12-1), use 3pcs Screw B (#15) to tighten. #12-1 #15 Note: Do not fully tighten any one screw until all screws are partially screwed in. #12-3 Step 10.

Hook the drawer between both slides, make sure the slide hooks are completely inserted into the square holes on the drawer side panels. 2). Line up the screw holes, and using 4pcs Screw B (#15) to tighten the drawer. #12 Step 13. Place Drawer Mat (#13) into Drawers #13 Place the Drawer Mat (#13) inside the drawer, on top of the base panel as shown in the diagram.

Place 4pcs of (#34) Hook into the hook slot where each corner of shelf should be placed. Make sure the hooks supporting each shelf are at same height. #8 Note: The middle shelf needs a hook at each corner to support it. 2). Place (#8) Middle Shelf into cabinet and push down onto (#34) Hooks. Step 16. Install the Left and Right Doors (#18 and #19) 1).
