Thank you for purchasing this full color LED strip from Shadow-Caster
Lighting®. This LED strip is meant to be mounted under gunwale areas
of the boat and other indirect areas to provide lighting for the interior
areas of your boat.
The light strip is completely waterproof and wash-down friendly.
Care and handling:
Do not twist or pull LED strip. It is possible to damage solder
connections where the wire is connected to the strip and individual
LEDs.
Installation:
The LED strip is terminated with 20 ft. of color coded wire to easily
connect it with Shadow-Caster's accent lighting controller (SCM-
ALC TM) . It is recommended that the light be mounted in place with clear
RTV silicone. However, enough mounting straps are included with the
strip so that one strap can be placed every 12 inches.
If the LED strip is too long, it can easily be cut using scissors at 3 inch
increments, any where there is a cut mark shown (See Picture).

On the strip, locate the 12 volts "12V" Imprint (See 'A').
Use scissors to cut line (See 'B') to the left of "12V". Cut Area

Then use a cap (not shown) to end the strip.~--- .....
Black = 12-Volt Positive
Green= Color GREEN Negative
Red= Color RED negative
Blue=Color BLUE Negatve
To connect straight to power,
Connect the Black wire to + 12V.
