Android phones can pair each one of twomode. Switching between two-mode (Android ↔ Mapping), please DELETE the previously paired log, and pairing newly once again.

Back to Contents Registering Gamepad Set the gamepad in "Win-MAC mode" before pairing via Bluetooth. 1. Change mode and power on S2 series and S3 series: Turn on the power by pressing SHAKS logo button with pressing “Select” button. The SHAKS gamepad will remember last booting mode, you can re-connect "Win-MAC mode" by just turning on the power using SHAKS logo button. S5 series: They have a dedicated switch for mode. So, move the switch to Win-MAC mode and turn on the power by pressing SHAKS logo button.
💡 If the SHAKS gamepad is already registered as a Bluetooth device on a Windows PC with Android mode, the below behavior is required. Since the device type ID in “Android mode” and “Win-MAC mode” are different, two different devices cannot be registered sharing the same Bluetooth MAC. Proceed like the following 1) Remove SHAKS GamePad from Windows Bluetooth devices list. 2) Turn off and on the Bluetooth device or restart Windows. 3) Set gamepad to Windows Mode and pair it again with the computer.

Back to Contents Mapping Service Manual Introduction, Download & Installation Touch is the most common interface in smartphones for gaming.
The Mapping Service is being provided by SHAKS GameHub Application, applicable for SHAKS higher range of series, S2i, S3i, and higher version. This app is not working with other branded products. We recommend reading this manual, and you may need to update the gamepad firmware via SHAK GameHub App. Please download the latest GameHub App and check the firmware.
Solution 2: if above 1 is not workable, do 1. Go to smartphone Bluetooth setting 2. Search gamepad paired in the list 3. Delete its connection log 4. Close the setting menu 5. After a few seconds, go back to Bluetooth setting screen, confirm its deletion 6. 💡 Android 10 may not be supported properly according to the phone vendor. Please check the phone OS update. If you adjust the resolution inside of your phone setting menu, the mapping position change automatically. Please exit from the game and mapping again according to the new resolution.
