Accessories - Common failure analysis and
troubleshooting
This chapter will help you diagnose and solve some common problems from
hand book.
Warnings
Do not attempt to repair the device for yourself, if you do this, HuaCe will
irresponsible for warranting repair.
Question: hand-book can not boot
Possible Causes Solutions
The battery is dead Change the new and fully charged battery
Battery wafer does not contact
with battery correctly
Use pliers to adjust the battery wafer in order to make battery
contact correctly

Possible Causes Solutions
Data cable is damaged Please change other data lines and retry
Driver problem Please check the device manager in case of unknown device
in there, and then right click to re-update the drive
