has  not  done  that.  To  add  a  contact,  the  doctor 
needs  to  press  “livestream”  in  the  home  user 
interface, and then on the “livestream” page, press 
the button on  the  top  left  to enter the invitation 
page.  Type  the  email  address  that  your  patient 
used for the video call account registration and an 
invitation email will be sent to this email address. 
Please remind your patient to accept the invitation 
by clicking the link in the invitation email. 
Several  minutes  before  the  scheduled  time  and 
date, the patient needs to open the app and enter 
the  “waiting  room”  page  after  pressing  the 
“livestream” button in the home user interface as 
shown below. The patient needs to make sure the 
status is ONLINE. If it is OFFLINE, a “log on” button 
will  show  up  and  the  patient  can  press  it  to  go 
ONLINE. 
ONLINE. You can make and receive a call. 
OFFLINE. You might not make or receive a call. 
The doctor needs to enter the “my patients” page 
after pressing the “livestream” button in the home
