resort. First make sure you have an Internet connection through the router to which your Gateway
is attached, and remove power from the Gateway. Then press and hold the Gateway’s sync button
while reapplying power. This process forces the Gateway to connect to our server via the Internet
so that the server can reset its firmware. When this is completed, you may have to set up your
lighting network again as discussed in the Installation chapter.
