INSTALL NOTES
Mount to all with holes 40” center to center
Window well should be installed approximately 3” below
the bottom of the window opening in the foundation wall.
The top of the window well should extend approximately
2” above grade.
INSTALLATION
1. Mark the location of the top mounting holes on the
foundation. NOTE: The location of the mounting holes
should be 40” from center to center.
2. Drill two hole on the markings and remove all concrete
dust from the holes before proceeding.
3. Attach window well using masonry nails, anchors, or
other fasteners.
4. Using the remaining holes on the window well flange, drill
the remaining holes.
5. Place remaining hardware into the holes, add 1” flat
washers and nuts and tighten into place.
6. Backfill 1” around the outside of the window well.
