Belt Replacement Instructions FM430 V1510
1- Detach hose from power nozzle 2- Push power nozzle guard forward 3- Remove guard by prying gently as shown 4- Remove screw that holds chrome name plate
1- Remove Chrome name plate 2- Remove power nozzle screw 3- Remove side wheel screw 4- Remove side bracket and brush roll
1- Place new belt onto the brush roll as shown 2- Reinsert the brush roll into correct position 3- Pull belt up through the front opening and pinch belt together as shown 4- Twist belt counter-clockwise 90 degrees and slip onto motor shaft *Note- The belt must be inserted exactly as instructed or the belt will run off of the motor shaft when you start the vacuum.
1- Once belt is correctly inserted onto the Motor shaft you can start putting unit back together.
