1. Remove O-ring protection cap from lter cartridge and rinse O-rings
under tap water. Align the lter cartridge with the white lter head and
push upwards, slightly turn right to lock in place.
2. Push in the collet to remove the two lter head protection tubes.
3. Insert the two 3/8” elbows into the lter head.
4. Measure and mark the tubing for an insertion depth of 0.80 in. Connect
the tubing to the inlet and outlet elbows installed in the lter head.
1. Turn o water supply to lter.
2. Open cold side of your faucet (and if applicable, allow other
device(s) to ow).
3. Water will be present when lter is changed. Have a towel or bucket
under to catch any water.
4. Unlock and remove old lter cartridge.
5. Insert and lock new lter cartridge into lter housing.
6. Turn on water and check connections.
7. Turn on cold water and ush lter for 10 minutes.
8. Set a reminder in your calendar to replace your lter at a minimum once
a year. The life of your lter will be aected by your usage and water
quality. Replacement lter part number is SBBF2R.

5. Turn o the cold water stop valve supplying your faucet. Unthread the
supply line hose where it is connected to your stop valve. Thread on
female connector (included) onto outlet of the stop valve.

6. Connect inlet tubing from lter to the connector. Make sure to connect in
the correct ow direction. Thread one end of the 3/8 in. male connector
onto your supply line running to your faucet. Thread the other end onto
the female connector and connect the outlet tubing coming from the
lter.

7. Turn on the stop valve supplying your faucet and check connections for
leaks. Turn on your faucet on the cold water side and ush lter for 10
minutes.
8. Set a reminder in your calendar to replace your lter at a minimum once
a year. The life of your lter will be aected by your usage and water
quality. Replacement lter part number is SBBF2R.
Note: Optional wall mount bracket included. To install, align the screw holes
on the lter head with the screw holes on the bracket and hand tighten. Then
secure the bracket to the side of cabinet under your sink.
