Control is the first step towards eiciency. And Sharp’s
Print Release Soware (MX-SW100) is an easy way to take
control. With fewer visits to the oice MFP, less waste,
greater accountability and better document security, this
is oice eiciency
in action.
Simply print as normal, then do nothing. When it’s
convenient, walk up to the MFP* of your choice and log
on. As soon as you’re recognised, every feature becomes
instantly available. You can print out (or delete) any
and all of your documents, leave some for later, or use
Document Filing to archive them.
Choose how many copies you want; decide on colour or
black & white; single- or double-sided; what paper size
and which finishing options. A handy on-screen preview
feature illustrates the result, making everything easy and
intuitive.
There’s more to this than printing, though. Logging on
also unlocks the copy and scan functions and gives you
one-touch access to any Single Sign On-compatible
Sharp OSA (Open Systems Architecture) applications that
you’ve installed.
* MX-SW100 requires a Sharp OSA 3.5 or above-enabled MFP with the MX-AMX3
and/or MX-AMX2 modules installed.
