The SHARP TWAIN interface software enables the FO-3800M to perform high-
quality monochrome scanning directly from a TWAIN-compatible application.
TWAIN is an application interface (API) standard which is used to
scan images from scanners. The SHARP TWAIN interface software
supports the TWAIN standard, version 1.6.
