Color PowerPoint data is converted to monochrome data
Open the PowerPoint file you want to convert in PowerPoint, select “Options” from the
“Tools” menu, and check the following in the “Print” tab.

If “Use the most recently used print settings” is set, change to “Use the
following default print settings”.

Clear the check box next to “Grayscale” and “Pure black and white”.

Click “OK”, close the “Options” dialog box and save the file.
After carrying out the above procedure, try again to convert the PowerPoint file.
