Troubleshooting
Q. Cannot open photos or videos
A. The database may be disabled. Connect handset to a PC
using Micro USB Cable, and delete the DATABASE folder
in ¥PRIVATE¥SHARP¥PM on handset memory before
opening photos or videos.
Playing Videos Recorded in High Speed
Record Mode

or appears for videos recorded
in High speed record mode.
In app sheet, (Album)
File list opens.
Tap video with /
/
Video plays.
・
Tap to play it as slow-motion video (slow-motion video
playback window).
・If confirmation appears, follow onscreen prompts.
Playback of Slow-Motion Videos
Only large movements in video are played in slow motion
automatically. Edit portions to be played in slow motion as
needed.
