Sharp also includes a sophisticated
Search facility allowing users to look for
files stored by user name, file name or
password. This useful feature saves
valuable time when a large number of
documents are stored, especially in the
shared Main or Quick folder locations.
The only problem is, from the Search
screen, the Quick File folder, Main folder
and Custom folder management windows,
users cannot select more than one job to
print at a time. In order to print multiple
jobs, users must go to the File Batch Print
screen, select all desired jobs and input
the password.
