Wash rice until water runs clear.
Place rice and water into a deep casserole (about 2
litre) and soak for 30 minutes. (Stir rice a few times
during soaking.)
Stir and place the casserole on the steam tray on
the glass tray, uncovered.
Place them on the lower position (position 2).
After cooking, stir lightly and stand for 5 minutes.
