Address Book Registration
ADDRESS BOOK
"Contacts" and "Group" can be stored in the address book.
Registering addresses stored as "Contacts" as well as directly entered addresses as "Group" enables you to easily send
messages to multiple destinations simply by specifying a group.
SELECTING A DESTINATION
A destination can be selected using one of three methods: Selecting from "Address Book", using "Address Entry", or
"Address Search". For fax, you can use an address selected from the [SPEED] key ( ).
For fax, "Global Address Search" and "Direct Address Entry" from the address book cannot be used. For scanner,
selection from the "[SPEED] key ( )" cannot be used.
Multiple destination scan be selected for a Scan to E-mail transmission. (E-mail and Group (E-mail) destinations can be
selected at the maximum of 20 destinations, which will consequently allow broadcasting up to 300 individual destinations
in total.) (Different jobs cannot be sent together by broadcasting.)
Only one destination can be selected for a Scan to Network Folder, Scan to FTP or Scan to Desktop transmission.
For details on transmission methods, refer to the User’s Manual.
