SPECIAL FEATURES
Use REHEAT pad to reheat refrigerated canned or
homemade pasta with sauce or other cooked casse-
role. For room temperature pasta or casserole, use Less
option. Use More option for heavy dense casserole. For
pasta without sauce double the quantity per setting.
For example, measure 2 cups of cooked noodles and
program for 1 cup. Cover with lid or plastic wrap.
After cooking, stir and let stand, covered, 2 to 3 minutes.

This setting is good for restoring cooled beverage to a bet-
ter drinking temperature. Stir after heating. Use More Time
Adjustment (See page 14.) for heating COLD TAP WA-
TER to a temperature somewhat below the boiling point to
make instant coffee or tea. Stir liquid briskly before and
after heating to avoid eruption.
Cover each roll/muffin with paper towel. Use More Time
Adjustment for frozen rolls and muffins.
Pierce with fork in several places. Place on paper towel
on turntable. After cooking, remove from oven and let stand
wrapped in foil for 5 to 10 minutes.
For beans, carrots, corn and peas, add 1 tablespoon of
water per cup. For broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cabbage and
cauliflower, cook immediately after washing with no addi-
tional water.
If you like tender crisp vegetables, double measured quan-
tity per setting. For example, use 2 cups cauliflower but
touch FRESH VEGETABLES only once. After cooking,
remove from oven, stir, cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes
before serving.
