• DIGITAL S.PICTURE is a digital image quality enhancement function that gives a clearer image by sharpen-

ing the details and outlines in the image and reducing the amount of picture noise. The DIGITAL S.PICTURE

setting can be varied as desired.

• To see more detail in very intricate images, set this setting to

• To reduce visual noise and obtain a clearer picture when you are viewing recordings such as old movies, set

this setting to

1 Each time you press the DIGITAL S.PICTURE button, the screen changes as shown below.

2 If you press the \ or | button on the remote control cursor controls

once when the S.PICTURE: ON

screen is displayed, the level selection indicator appears (eg. S.PICTURE: \\

). When this level

selection indicator is displayed, you can use the \ or | button on the remote control cursor controls

to change the level.

• If no change is made for 10 seconds after the level is set, the level indicator goes off.
