SETTING UP
1 While a disc is stopped, press SETUP to display the Setup screen.
2 Use ' or " to select the “ SPEAKER SETUP”.
3 Press ENTER and then use ' or " to select “SPEAKER”.
4 Press ENTER to display the screen shown
on the right.
5 Use ' or " to move the cursor to the speaker system you want to select.
• Select “5.1ch”, “5ch” or “2ch” as the speaker system type.
• Digital Output:
Always use the “2ch” setting if you are using the DIGITAL OUT
(OPTICAL) jack.
6 Press ENTER to confirm the setting.
• To exit the Setup screen and return to the Startup screen, press SETUP
or RETURN.
