A : Vertical Illumination
Using illumination effectively is key to clearly observing and measuring a variety of targets such as semiconductors, electrical and electric
parts, automobile precision parts, plastic molding, tools, medical products, and documents with a high image contrast. Choose the
illumination best suited to the form, surface status, color, material of the target.
This vertically illuminates the target surface through the objective lens.
MF: standard halogen illumination, MF-U: fiber halogen illumination
C : LED Circular Illuminator
This illuminator circularly emits LED light from the periphery of the objective lens and
features a high luminance, long lifetime*, and low power consumption. As high image
contrast is achieved, especially when a dark
colored plastic, PCB
s, and small cylinders
are observed, this is also suitable for image
measurement.
*Note that lifetime will be shortened if the
maximum illumination intensity is always set.
This illuminator circularly emits halogen light from the periphery of the objective
lens, enabling observation with minimal shading. With a high color reproducibility,
this type of illumination is suitable for image measurement as well.
D : Twin Fiber-Optic illuminator
This illuminator, which obliquely emits halogen light from two
directions, is best suited to three-dimensional observation. A
condenser lens, which enables a high luminance spot illumination,
is standard equipment with
this illuminator.
B : Fiber-Optic Circular Illuminator
