twice to clear any residual values and calculation instructions in the calculator.
2. Before starting memory calculations, press
twice to clear the memory contents.
3. Also, check the decimal place confi guration. Unless otherwise noted, calculation examples below assume that the decimal place is
confi gured to “F”. Make sure that the symbol “F” is displayed when initiating calculations.

Confi guring the decimal place
Decimal place setting key:
First, press
twice. Then, press and hold
and together (about a second) to rotate and select out of three decimal con-
fi guration settings. (This is indicated as “
+ ” hereafter.)
“F” setting: Decimal place is set to “fl oating”, and will not be fi xed. Fractions will be rounded off.
“2” or “0” setting: Decimal place is fi xed to either “2” or “0”. If “2” is selected, fractions are rounded off to two decimal places. Selecting “0”
rounds off the decimal part completely.
4. For expressing calculation examples, only the symbols that are required for explanation are mentioned.
5. Example procedures are listed in the following manner unless otherwise specifi ed.

tempat desimal dikonfi gurasi ke “F”. Pastikan bahwa simbol “F” ditampilkan saat memulai perhitungan.

Mengkonfi gurasi tempat desimal
Tombol penyetelan tempat desimal:
Pertama, tekan
dua kali. Kemudian, tekan dan tahan dan
secara bersamaan (sekitar satu detik) untuk merotasi dan
memilih satu dari tiga setelan konfi gurasi desimal. (Selanjutnya kombinasi tombol ini dinyatakan sebagai “
+ ”.)
Setelan “F”: Tempat desimal disetel ke “mengambang”, dan tidak akan dibuat tetap. Pecahan akan dibulatkan dengan dipangkas.
Setelan “2” atau “0”: Tempat desimal dibuat tetap ke “2” atau “0”.
Jika “2” dipilih, pecahan akan dibulatkan dengan dipangkas menjadi dua tempat desimal. Memilih “0” akan membuat tempat desimal
dibulatkan dengan dipangkas seluruhnya.
4. Untuk menyatakan contoh-contoh perhitungan, hanya simbol-simbol yang diperlukan untuk penjelasan akan disebutkan.
5. Contoh prosedur disebutkan dengan cara sebagai berikut kecuali bila dinyatakan lain.
