You can load up to 500 sheets of paper in the paper cassette. The paper cassette is available as an option. To have the cassette installed, consult your dealer. Loading paper in the paper tray 1 Remove the received document tray. 2 Insert a stack of paper into the tray, print side up. • Make sure the end of the tray is pushed in.

Any letters or graphics outside this area will not be scanned. Maximum scanning width: 210 mm Maximum scanning length: The length of the document minus 4 mm from the top and bottom of the document. Other restrictions ♦ The scanner cannot recognise yellow, greenish yellow, or light blue ink.
