Broadcasting
The Broadcasting function allows you to send the same fax to as many as 179
destinations in a single operation. First load the document, then enter the
numbers of the receiving machines. The document will be automatically
transmitted to each destination.
♦ If the network scanner option is installed, you can send a document to
mulitple e-mail recipients. Note that fax destinations and e-mail destinations
cannot be mixed together in a Broadcast operation. If you wish to send a
document to both fax and e-mail destinations, perform one Broadcast
operation for fax and one Broadcast operation for e-mail.

• SEND READY will appear in the
display.

installed, the display at right will
appear. Press or to select
FAX or E-MAIL and then press .
(If the network scanner option is not
installed, go directly to Step 4.)
