7 Dial the receiving machines using one or more of the following
methods:
• Press one or more Rapid Keys.
• Enter one or more Speed Dial numbers, pressing before each
number. (If you enter less than 3 digits for a Speed Dial number, press
to complete the entry.)
• Enter one or more full fax numbers with the numeric keys, pressing
after each full number.
• Press one or more Group Keys.
Note: If you need to delete a destination, press or to select the
destination and then press .
8 Press .
9 Press and/or to adjust the resolution and contrast if
desired, and then press .
10 Load the document and then press .
• The document will be scanned into memory.
