4. Display menu
4-1. LCD contrast
You can adjust the brightness (or contrast) of backlight in 9 steps.
1.
Press [MEMU] to display the Main menu.
2.
Press to select Display.
3.
Press to select LCD Contrast.
4.
Press (Dark) or (Light).
•
Up to nine levels are available.
5.
When the desired contrast is displayed, press [OK]
to save the setting.
4-2. Backlight
You can turn the backlight on or off, or adjust the length of
backlighting.
You can save the battery power if you turn the backlight setting
off.
When you select the length of backlighting, the backlight will
goes off after the selected times of interval.
1.
Press [MEMU] to display the Main menu.
2.
Press to select Display.
3.
Press to select Backlight.
4.
Press one of the following:
Always OFF
8 seconds
15 seconds
30 seconds
Always ON
Note
This setting is also valid when the phone is attached to the optional hands-
free car kit.
